Job responsibilities:

1. Prepare mate🌼rials for each project, including material specifications, models and materials.

2. Be responsible for preparing the construction drawing budget, settleme🧸nt and labor and material analysis of the project, and compiling and reviewing the settlement of the project subcontracting and labor teams;

3. Prepare the monthly project progress budget and material variance adjustment according to the market price provided by the materialman or the actual price provided by the finance department, and timely report to the relevant departments for 💮approval;

4. Revi✨ew the project progress budget of subcontrܫacting and labor level and the qualified quantities generated by combining the actual situation on site;

5. Be able to assist finance department in cost accouꦍnting;

6. Timely adjust the bud🐼get according to the site design technical changes and viꦇsas;

7. Be 𓆏able to make timely and accurate budget and provide quotation basis in the project bidding stage;

8. ♉Master the accurate market price and𓃲 budget price, and timely adjust the budget and settlement;

🦩9. Participate in the preparation of bidding documents and bids.


Job requirements:

1. College degree or abo🌜ve, major in civil engineering, civil engineering, construction management and other engineering related majors;

2. Be ༒able to work on the construcꦓtion site for a long time;

3. Proficient in using office software and CAD softwarꦬe, able to read drawings;

4. Initiative, studious, carefܫul, hardworking and responsible are preferred;

5. Fresh gra🅰duates are acceptable, and the salary is negot𝓀iable.

6. Experience in civil engineering budget.
