       The development of concrete-filled steel tubular beam structure residential building system has gone through seven stages: feasibility study, theoretical analysis and trial design, production technology research, construction technology research, production equipment development, experimental research and engineering pilot. More than 100 patents have been obtained, and the technical standard for concrete filled steel tubular beam structure t/cecs546-2018, technical specification for external insulation engineering of concrete filled steel tubular beam structure rock wool thin plastering external wall t/cecs589-2019, external insulation system of concrete filled steel tubular beam structure rock wool thin plastering external wall (19cj83-4), technical regulations for application of light steel keel CCA slate wool external insulation system (qb/hx-401 (b) -2017) have been prepared A number of group standards and enterprise standards, such as the external thermal insulation structure of external walls of residential buildings with steel tube bundle system (17hxj105), the technical standard for fire protection engineering of light plaster gypsum for concrete filled steel tube bundle structure (qb/hx-402 (b) -2019), have developed structural design software based on PKPM platform, formed a complete system of residential buildings with concrete filled steel tube bundles, and have been well used in engineering projects.

       The concrete-filled steel tubular beam structure residential building system is a steel structure residential system composed of concrete-filled steel tubular beam shear wall, H-shaped steel beam, fabricated steel truss floor support plate, prefabricated stairs and other components, supplemented by light-weight fire-proof board, gypsum based fire-proof decoration integration technology, combined with light-weight partition wall, CCA grouting wall, me൩tal curtain wall, man-made panel curtain wall, thermal insulation decoration integration board and other components.

       Hangxiao steel structure established a special organization in 1999 to carry out the research and development of steel structure housing system, forming a mature steel structure housing product system. In 2003, it applied for the invention patent of steel structure housing and was authorized. In 2010, Hangxiao steel structure was approved by the Ministry of housing and urban rural development as a national housing industrialization base of steel structure with independent intellectual property rights and complete supporting system, whic🅷h laid a solid position of Hangxiao steel structure as an industry pioneer. In 2017, Hangxiao steel structure was recognized as one of the first national prefabricated construction industrial bases.
