        Before 1997, domestic light steel structure technology and market were almost monopolized by foreign steel structure enterprises. In October, 1997, taking the opportunity of building the factory building of Chery automobile engine plant, Hangxiao steel structure saved 30% of the steel consumption and reduced the project cost through the application of design scheme optimization and other technologies, becoming a milestone project in China's steel structure construction industry.


Research and development achievements

       "🍸;Cold formed thin-walled Z-shaped steel continuous purlin technology" has been recognized by China building standards design and Research Institute and China Building Steel Structure Committee, and has won the "building steel structure engineering design software registration certificate" from China Building Steel Structure Committee;

 

       He participated in the preparation of many standards, such as technical specification for steel structures of light-weight buildings with gabled frames, steel members of light-weight buildings with gabled frames, technical code for cold-formed thin-walled steel structures, cold-formed thin-walled steel for building structures, and the preparation of e🐠nterprise standard atlas, such as architectural structure of light-weight metal profiled steel plates, and detailed drawing of flashing flange, It has obtained many patents such as "steel structure plant assembly (integration)" and "ventilation building". Among them, the association standard "technical specification for steel structures of light-weight buildings with gabled frames" cecs102:2002 has been upgraded to the national standard "technical specification for steel structures of light-weight buildings with gabled frames" gb51022-2015.

    3DS plant of Daewoo shipbuilding ocean (Shanꦚdong) Co., Ltd.: the cornice height of the project is 43.8m, the maximum span is 55m, the maximum driving tonnage is 250 tons, the maximum crane beam weight is 80 tons, and the maximum column weight is 95 tons.

    Cast iron workshop of Shandong Tongyu Group Co., Ltd.: the project is 420m long, 215.9m wide, cornice height is 45.9m, the maximum s🌊pan is 36m, and the column spacing is 12m. It is equipped with a 550 ton crane, a 250 ton crane, and three 150 ton cranes.

    Calendering workshop project of super large specialꦏ aluminum alloy plate and strip project of 𝓡Northeast Light Alloy Co., Ltd.: the 42m span crane beam has a 5.0m*3.86m box section, and a single beam weighs 200 tons. Won the gold medal of China steel structure.
