Pearl River New Town Haixinsha Asian sail


The "Asian sail" composed of four masts and eight "sails" is a large rigid LED screen with steel structure that can be folded. Each mast has two "sails", with an upper sail area of 492 square meters and a lower sail area of 613 square meters. Each mast has three platforms, with a height of 85.6 metersꦉ. The total weight is 240 tons, and each mast with folding sail screen weighs more than 800 tons. The main body of the four sail masts adopts a highly modern high-rise space pipe truss structure, which complements and integrates with the surrounding environment, and implies the sail making technology of ancient Chinese sails.

Luliang Pavilion


Luliangge project is built on the rocky ridge on the East Bank of Xuzhou Xuanshui lake at an altitude of 131.23 meters. The landform of the construction site is a hilly landform unit, with great topographic relief. There is no electricity, water or road in the area, so the construction is difficult, safe and civilized construction, and the process and technology requirements are very high. The total construction area of the project is about 4135 ㎡, the underground construction area is 1183 ㎡, and the above ground construction area is 2952 ㎡. There are seven floors above the ground and one floor underground. The structural form is concrete core tube shear wall + steel frame structure, and the foundation is flat raft foundation. The concrete shear wall cylinder is set in the center of the structure, and the height of the core cylinder rises to the roof. The overall structure is 40.2m north-south and 35.2m east-west. The foundation elevation is -6.850m. The structure has a total of 7 cornices, including about 2100 cornice steel rafters, about 1300 truss beams, about 1500 steel beams, and about 300 steel columns.
